Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SFCC Support Analyst with 4 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce B2C and B2B Commerce Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in SF B2C CommerceCld Connectors SF B2C CommerceOrder Mgt and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This role involves enhancing sales force effectiveness in a hybrid work model with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize Salesforce B2C and B2B Commerce Cloud solutions to enhance business processes and customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SF B2C CommerceCld Connectors and SF B2C CommerceOrder Mgt solutions effectively.
- Provide technical expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud to support business objectives and drive sales force effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions and processes.
- Conduct regular assessments of Salesforce systems to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Salesforce implementations providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption and utilization of Salesforce technologies.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce developments and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of technology.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Salesforce applications in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of Salesforce initiatives to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
