3-4 day Part Time Position

About the Role: Looking for an experienced and efficient Bookkeeper/Accounts Processor to join our clients fast-paced team. You will be responsible for managing accounts payable, receivables, and bank reconciliations using MYOB. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who thrives under pressure and consistently meets deadlines.

Key Duties:

  • Processing invoices and payments accurately within set time frames.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Performing account reconciliations.
  • Assisting with general bookkeeping and accounting tasks as required.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience with MYOB software is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in a bookkeeping role, including accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
  • Ability to manage high-volume processing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude and excellent attention to detail.
