Job Description:
The Branch Representative is responsible for supporting the operation of multiple branches by managing and executing internal service processes. This role collaborates closely with Branch Coordinators to ensure that service and repair activities move forward and that all backend tasks are completed accurately and on time. Branch Representatives also play a key role in driving new service and repair opportunities by handling inbound customer calls and outbound calls to finalize sales.

· Residential inbound calls as assigned
· TOS Approvals
· Route Notifications
· Outbound calling leads
· Other tasks as assigned by management
