On behalf of our client – a dynamic hospitality & food & beverage group introducing a globally recognized concept to the Greek market – we are seeking a Brand & Area Manager to join the headquarters team in Athens.
This is a dual-role opportunity: you will be the operational backbone for one or more stores while also safeguarding the brand’s identity and standards across the market. Working closely with the founder, you will drive operational excellence, develop a high-performing team culture, and ensure consistent customer experience.
- Lead day-to-day operations for one store initially, with scope to expand oversight across multiple locations.
- Act as the main liaison between HQ and store teams, ensuring operational alignment and smooth execution of store-level strategies.
- Oversee commercial planning, store KPIs (sales, customer service, and quality), and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support store managers in recruitment, team motivation, training, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently applied across all customer touchpoints and in-store activations.
- Coordinate local marketing actions, events, and partnerships in collaboration with HQ teams.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and service quality.
- Report on operational KPIs, trends, and improvement areas to the founder and leadership team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality operations, ideally in a supervisory or area management capacity.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and align diverse teams.
- Hands-on and detail-oriented approach with solid problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable with KPIs, commercial targets, and performance reporting.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
- Experience with new store openings and team ramp-up will be considered a plus.
