Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing brand and product development, pricing, forecasting, campaigns, asset development, and driving brand mental availability in the market

Responsibilities

  • Brand activity planning
  • Project management
  • Research briefing and Data analysis
  • Demand cycle - assumption and forecasting
  • Budget management -Bottom-up, allocation, tracking, and communicating
  • Collaboration with 3P
  • Managing strategic brand campaigns
  • Organizing market visits itinerary and sharing reports from visits
  • Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines on all creatives
  • Price tracking vs SPI & API
  • Media- Reach ambition and platform maximization.

Requirements

Competence Requirements

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good experience in the brand planning process
  • Commercial acumen, confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive
  • Convincing personality, good planner, self-starter, and committed to results.

Qualification/ Experience

  • First degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field. An MBA or a master’s in marketing is desirable.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years’ work experience in brand management with knowledge of trade marketing, consumer marketing, research, and product development in the FMCG sector.
