Are you a resourceful researcher with an eye for design and a knack for turning data into compelling visual presentations? Do you have experience working with property specs, technical drawings, and marketing materials?

RemoteVA is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Building Data Research & Brochure Creator to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll transform a simple U.S. property address into a visually impressive, client-ready brochure—complete with location details, technical specs, and estimated energy savings.

What You’ll Do:

-Receive a property address from our sales team and independently gather all relevant public information online.

-Use tools like Google, Google Maps, and AI-powered platforms to research the building, its specifications, and location details.

-Follow a clear step-by-step process to generate accurate estimates of energy savings based on our internal criteria.

-Design and produce a clean, professional brochure that includes:

-Building specs

-Property visuals

-Energy savings summaries

-Key technical and geographic information

-Interpret blueprints, takeoffs, and technical drawings to extract essential data when available.

-Collaborate with minimal supervision, ensuring a consistent output that meets our quality standards and brand guidelines.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

-3+ years of experience in a relevant role: brochure design, property research, construction documentation, or similar.

-Proficiency in using Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or other brochure/layout tools.

-Strong online research skills using public records, mapping tools, and property databases.

-Working knowledge of reading blueprints and construction documents (or willingness to learn).

-Eye for design, layout consistency, and detail.

-Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote setup.

-A strong portfolio showcasing past work in real estate brochures, technical or marketing collateral is required.
