Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for the wine industry? We are seeking a Costing Analyst to join our team and play a key role in our global operations. This position is perfect for someone who excels at managing multiple deadlines and collaborating with diverse teams.

The Role

In this position, you will support our Costing team by managing and fulfilling costing requests in a timely manner. You will be instrumental in ensuring the financial accuracy of our products from production to market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling costing requests from our Marketing and Product Management teams, ensuring they are completed within agreed-on timelines.

  • Monitoring and actioning requests from a shared mailbox daily.

  • Copying item costs between different branch plants to facilitate stock transfers and production.

  • Setting up and changing production routings as requested.

  • Ensuring financial data is accurately recorded and maintained within our systems (experience with JDE is a plus).


Your Knowledge and Skills

We're looking for someone who is proactive, has a strong bias for action, and can manage their time effectively.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong sense-checking abilities.

  • The ability to manage competing deadlines and work with minimal supervision.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with colleagues who may have varying levels of financial understanding.
