About the role

As a Business Analyst, this position requires a native Portuguese speaker with intermediate to advanced English skills and experience in the Life Sciences or healthcare sector. The role involves on-site work (3–5 times per week) and focuses on process improvement through app development, UI/UX expertise, and compliance validation. Key responsibilities include standardizing stakeholder processes, managing contracts and vendor documentation, ensuring data quality, and supporting Salesforce-related tasks

In this role, you will:

- Constant mapping and opportunities for processes improvements.

- Be able to plan and execute development tests and implement new applications (apps) assuring those improvements happen as aligned.

- Standardized and validate (within company's compliance and best practices standards) all processes of stakeholders' teams, controlling deliverables, deadlines, data quality and pipelines.

- Contract management, registration of relevant information within client's information and systems.

- Validation of vendors' documentation hired by other areas within the company.

- Access to market and Salesforce in a bureaucratic.

- Active participation in alignments and meetings (according to the team’s needs) for demands / FUPs (for both Cognizant and client's end).

What you need to have to be considered

· Languages: Portuguese (Native), English (intermediate to advanced).

· Work model: 3 to 5 times / week on-site.

· Background with Life Sciences environment (or health related attributions).

· UI / UX experience.
