About the Role

As a Business Analyst/Product Owner, you will make an impact by driving the successful delivery of complex IT software and platform implementations. You will be a valued member of the Digital Engineering and Platforms team and work collaboratively with project managers, scrum teams, stakeholders, and clients to define, refine, and deliver business requirements that align with strategic goals.

In this Role, You Will:

• Lead the development of requirements, Epics, and user stories for software and platform implementations.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating functionality against business needs.
• Provide product demos to internal and external stakeholders to showcase progress and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with scrum teams during iteration planning and estimation to ensure feasibility and alignment with timelines.

What You Must Have to Be Considered

• 3–5 years of experience developing requirements, Epics, and user stories.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in at least one complex IT software or platform implementation within the past 3 years.
• Experience facilitating requirements sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting UAT and validating business functionality.
• Experience providing product demos to stakeholders.
• Experience working with scrum teams in iteration planning and estimating.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
