About the Role

As a Functional/Domain Consultant – Transportation & Logistics, you will make an impact by driving strategic initiatives and optimizing supply chain operations across Courier, Express & Parcel (CEP), freight brokerage, and freight forwarding domains. You will be a valued member of the Logistics Consulting team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology groups to deliver transformative logistics solutions.

In this Role, You Will:

1. Act as a subject matter expert in Transportation & Logistics, with a focus on CEP, freight brokerage, and freight forwarding operations.
2. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to elicit, analyze, and validate complex business requirements.
3. Conduct end-to-end process analysis, documenting current workflows and designing future-state models using tools like Visio.
4. Lead functional workshops with internal teams and external service providers to refine business needs and define solution strategies.
5. Drive Agile delivery by defining EPICs, breaking them into user stories, and writing clear acceptance criteria using tools such as Jira.

What You Must Have to Be Considered

• Proven experience in Transportation & Logistics consulting, especially in CEP, freight brokerage, or freight forwarding.
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into functional specifications.
• Hands-on experience with logistics platforms such as TMS or ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

These Will Help You Succeed

• Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and collaborating with QA teams.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in logistics and supply chain management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.
