What you’ll do

You’re a hunter, a connector, and a door opener. Your mission: initiate new business.
You’ll be on the front line identifying high-value opportunities and building initial relationships with strategic clients (large enterprises, government entities, regulated industries).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and prospect target accounts (banks, critical infrastructure, defense, etc.)
  • Generate first contact (cold outreach, networking, events, referrals)
  • Co-build a lead generation machine in partnership with our Marketing team.
  • Qualify leads and schedule initial client meetings
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Technical teams to build tailored approaches
  • Track progress in our CRM (Hubspot or equivalent)
  • Represent CryptoNext at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
  • Ensure a smooth handover to the teams managing the customer.

If you are successful in your missions, your responsibilities may evolve towards key account responsibilities covering the entire sales cycle.

Requirements

What you bring

  • 5/10 years of experience in software B2B business development, ideally in complex environments, with a cybersecurity business unit
  • Strong sales instincts, focused on hunting and generating leads
  • Experience in lead generation techniques (scraping, data enrichment, cold mailing, cold calling, etc)
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations (multi-level stakeholders, long sales cycles)
  • Highly autonomous: you create your own pipeline
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
  • Technical curiosity: you’re not afraid of selling complex products
  • Bonus: experience with public or regulated accounts (ministries, banks, cybersecurity agencies)

The team you’ll join

You’ll be part of the Sales team, led by our Sales Director, and work closely with Product, Technical, and Marketing teams.
