Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities within the UK financial recruitment space.
  • Conduct cold calls, outreach campaigns, and follow-ups to build a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Utilise platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems to identify and track leads.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers in financial institutions.
  • Present recruitment solutions in a consultative manner to potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruiters to ensure successful candidate placements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the recruitment or financial services sector.
  • Demonstrable success in cold calling and traditional sales techniques ("old school" approach).
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
