We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development professional to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and selling digital marketing and branding services. This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and agency offerings, with a focus on achieving business targets through innovative outreach and tailored pitches.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing markets and explore untapped markets to drive growth.
- Generate leads and engage in cold calling to connect with potential clients.
- Develop customized pitch decks and presentations tailored to each prospective client's business and industry.
- Conduct in-depth industry and competitor research to craft short, mid, and long-term strategic recommendations for clients.
- Promote and sell a wide range of digital marketing and branding services including social media management, performance marketing, content creation, SEO, ORM, logo design, and brand development.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; track performance through forecasts and pipeline analysis.
- Organize and lead internal brainstorming sessions, and liaise with external partners as needed to address client requirements.
- Stay informed on market trends, industry changes, and competitor activity through continuous research.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and align them with agency capabilities.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in digital marketing or branding.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
- Proficiency in sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
