We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT consulting, IT services, or recruitment, with a strong ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities in the IT services, consulting, and recruitment domain.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, job portals, and networking.
  • Pitch company services (IT staffing, project-based IT services, or consulting) to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure successful placements or service delivery.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on sales pipeline and client status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales in IT consulting / recruitment / staffing.
  • Professional services experience is must
  • Understanding of IT roles, recruitment life cycle, and consulting models (Contract/C2H/Permanent).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, job boards, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry, current trends, and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently.

    Note : Dubai onsite experience is mandatory
