Job Overview

We’re looking for results-driven, commission-based Business Development Managers and Account Managers with strong residential real estate agency knowledge to help us grow our client base. This is a fully remote, independent contractor role with a competitive compensation package for the right individual(s).

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients in the real estate sector
  • Clearly communicate the value of our virtual support services
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
  • Track activity and pipeline through CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed agreed sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong understanding of real estate workflows, platforms, and transaction processes
  • Experience working with or selling to real estate professionals (brokers, agents, or investors)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • A driven, goal-oriented mindset

  • Commission: 30% of the first month’s billing per closed deal
  • For Account Managers: Additional 10% from month 2 on for managing and growing your client's accounts
