Premium Solutions Consultancy – Qatar is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our Clients innovative team in Dubai - UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for a professional approach in dynamic Facility management sector to develop market research, and maintain clients and should be results oriented.
- Identify and secure new FM contracts across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth targets
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and tender opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years in FM business development in the UAE
- Proven success in securing soft/hard services or integrated FM contracts in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of FM service delivery models, cost structures and value propositions
- Understanding of CAFM system technology- led FM innovations
- Strategic mindset with hand on approach to market penetration
- Strong network within Dubai’s real estate and property management ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field (FM Certifications are a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license and own car preferre
