What you will own and do:
· Identify and target new business opportunities within the interior design, construction, real estate, and hospitality sectors.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and procurement heads.
· Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to contract closure.
· Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demos for clients and consultants.
· Handle multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and installation) to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities.
· Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or project sales in the window blinds, fit-out, or interiors industry in the UAE.
· Proven track record in handling large-scale commercial or residential projects.
· Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
· Strong network within construction, interior design, or real estate industries.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
· Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
· Experience working with developers, consultants, and contractors in the UAE.
· Knowledge of window blinds products, shading systems, or soft furnishings is an advantage.
· Arabic language skills (preferred but not required).
