🗂 CRM Management – Log all sales activity and client interactions in our CRM system.
🔁 Follow-Ups – Conduct timely follow-ups to close deals, resolve inquiries, and support clients post-sale.

Requirements
📅 Experience: 3+ years in telesales, ideally in logistics, courier, or a related industry.
🗣 Languages: Native Greek speaker, fluent in English (written and spoken).
🧠 Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills with a client-first mindset.
💻 Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
👥 People Person: Ability to quickly build rapport, handle objections, and maintain positive relationships.
