The Role
We’re looking for an Business Intelligence Specialist to lead our paid media strategy across Amazon, Walmart, and other performance channels in Mexico and the U.S. This role is for someone who doesn’t wait for permission — but acts with ownership, dives deep into numbers, and turns every click into a strategic insight.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Finance, and eCommerce — directly influencing our growth and profitability across marketplaces.

Responsibilities
Turn data into action, budgets into results, and campaigns into competitive moats by:
- Designing and executing high-ROAS PPC strategies across marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Costco, etc.)
- Owning ad performance dashboards, models, and automation flows (ACOS, TACOS, RPC, LTV/CAC, etc.)
- Controlling and optimizing budget allocation with ruthless efficiency and clear ROI thinking
- Identifying performance trends by keyword, ASIN, seasonality, and competitor movement
- Building automation rules that scale — and prevent waste before it happens
Requirements
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, performance marketing, or financial/strategic planning roles
- Proven track record managing PPC campaigns on Amazon, Walmart or similar eCommerce ad platforms
- Strong commercial acumen with working knowledge of P&L logic, CAC/LTV, TACOS/ACOS, RPC and how they connect to broader business goals
- Experience designing and maintaining performance models and budget tracking tools
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and formulas; Power Query is a plus
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio) to build dashboards and automate performance tracking
- Solid understanding of SQL and data structure principles for campaign analysis and data transformation
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets with focus on ROI and profitability
- Industry experience in Consumer Goods, Pharma, DTC, or Marketplaces preferred
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or similar quantitative fields
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (English: advanced level required)
