About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Process Analyst to monitor system performance, manage merchant routing, and deliver insights through data analysis. You'll work with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective cross-team communication.

 

Key Responsibilites:

  • Monitor merchant, provider, and terminal traffic to ensure optimal system performance
  • Oversee merchant routing and switching processes to maintain seamless operations
  • Monitoring and analyzing conversion rates, identifying pain points and errors, and implementing improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage terminal switching and ensure adherence to regulatory limits
  • Generate and analyze custom analytics reports as needed
  • Evaluate merchant traffic patterns to provide insights to internal teams
  • Translate traffic analytics for processing partners to enhance understanding and decision-making
  • Organize and deliver training sessions on system operations and analytics for colleagues across departments

 

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in financial or business analysis, or in roles focused on process improvement
  • Experience working with data analysis tools and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with payment industry practices and technologies is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
