Senior Process Analyst

Location: Melbourne, VIC (Hybrid)

About the Role

My client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Analyst to join their transformation team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for analysing, modelling, and improving processes across a complex enterprise environment. Using BPMN 2.0 and industry-standard methodologies, you’ll provide the critical link between business requirements, applications, data, and business change.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage process analysis activities across initiatives of medium to high complexity.

• Elicit, document, and communicate business processes, building a shared understanding among stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain process models (As-Is and To-Be) to support transformation projects.

• Manage process repositories, requirements lifecycle, and process prioritisation.

• Evaluate business solutions, assess limitations, and recommend improvements.

• Facilitate collaboration, workshops, and negotiations between diverse stakeholder groups.

• Analyse business risks and the broader context to inform decision-making.

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in process analysis roles within large or complex enterprises.

• Strong background in transformation projects, ideally in transport, logistics, or similarly complex industries.

• Skilled in using BPMN 2.0 and process modelling tools (e.g., Signavio).

• Experienced in managing medium-scale initiatives independently.

• Proven ability to introduce and embed change into organisations.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and commercial thinking skills.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
