Duties:
• Provide efficient and high standards of customer service to customers
• Effectively monitor and manage internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls and ensure responses are provided within required time frames.
• Willingness to work within a fast-paced environment with KPI’s and mechanisms to measure and monitor performance.
• Ability to connect with industry, local suppliers and internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services.
• Demonstrate professionalism and be a positive contributor to a great team and culture while being prepared to perform recurring work.
• Ensure high standards and accuracy when compiling documents and reports or updating records and information systems (i.e., in Ellipse and Microsoft)
• Develop and maintain procedures, manuals and registers while being a contributor to improving existing procedures.
• Effectively undertake general administration functions as required.
