Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their goals, gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into actionable system enhancements. Your insights will help shape the design and functionality of enterprise systems, ensuring they deliver maximum value and efficiency.
This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. You’ll be instrumental in driving digital transformation, optimizing workflows, and supporting the successful delivery of technology initiatives from concept to completion.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities
· Configure Salesforce features including workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user input.
· Develop user stories and create to-be process flow diagrams to support solution design.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders and lead client-facing sessions such as requirements workshops, system demos, UAT, and end-user training.
· Manage project delivery end-to-end, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, quality standards, and governance protocols.
· Track metrics, enforce compliance, and proactively identify and resolve delivery risks or escalations.
· Lead agile requirements management and testing activities across project phases.
Qualifications
· 4 – 6+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem.
· Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization.
· Strong analytical and documentation skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
· Demonstrated success in project and delivery management.
· Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and testing frameworks.
· Salesforce Admin Certification required.
· At least one Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud) required.
