Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales-focused call center supervisory role.
- A proven knack for leading and motivating a fantastic sales team.
- Great communication and people skills – you can connect with anyone!
- Strong analytical abilities to help us understand our data better.
- A positive attitude that thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite – a tech-savvy superstar!
