Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in relevant fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and familiar with customer management software.
