Capability Advisor

They are looking for a dedicated individual to join their growing Learning and Development team.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and delivering learning programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver learning programs through various digital platforms (virtual, live, and recorded).
• Guide learners through modules, helping them connect theoretical concepts to practical application.
• Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging participation, discussion, and critical thinking.
• Provide constructive feedback, monitor learner progress, and respond to their questions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning modules and programs.
• Maintain records and use the company's Learning Management System (LMS) effectively.

This position is perfect for a strong communicator who is passionate about creating engaging and fun learning experiences. You'll play a key part in the company’s strategic direction and culture while advising on learning best practices.
