Capability & Learning Partner

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a well-respected professional services provider, on a permanent basis, situated in North Sydney. An exciting prospect awaits a Capability & Learning professional who brings strategic and hands on capability development experience. You will drive the design and delivery of meaningful L&D initiatives aligned with the organisation's goals.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the creation, delivery, and ongoing improvement of the internal leadership programs and training
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to conduct a training needs analysis and identify development priorities
• Develop and execute a learning and development and capability strategy that directly aligns with business objectives
• Roll out an induction and on-boarding program for new employees
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and objectives, using data to drive continuous improvement

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in L&D, including facilitation experience
• Proven capabilities in designing and delivering blended learning programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Capable of working autonomously and in a self-directed manner
