Your role
Do you have a high client service orientation and risk awareness? Are you a team player and enjoy collaborating with front office colleagues and other stakeholders? Are you hands-on and have a can-do mentality?
We’re looking for a Front Office Support Associates to:
• analyze, review and process various remediation items related to the preparation for the client migration
• manage End to end backflow of remediation items
• document client structures (legal entities & individuals) according to internal and external regulations and policies
• capture client data in internal systems
• perform Quality Checks and Controls
• coordinate with Client Account Managers and Clients to gather - information needed and be prepared for the major platform migration
• Support across teams (e.g. Reporting, Solution Design, etc.)
Your team
Your expertise
• 1-2 year of banking experience
• experience in a supporting or client documentation role
• experience as a Client Advisor Assistant / Front Support Assistant
• expertise knowledge of any Swiss Wealth Manager’s core banking tools is of great asset
• customer-oriented as well as pragmatic and positive can-do attitude
• ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility and responsibility
• detail oriented accuracy and structured working, ensuring the highest quality service delivery
• facilitation and problem-solving skills, with good know-how across (CDB & Tax Requirements, Business Risk, Operations, etc.)
