Car Park Attendants on a casual basis. This isn't just a job, it's an opportunity to be the face of South Bank Corporation, providing the first and last point of contact for our visitors and making a lasting impression.

What You'll Do

As a Car Park Attendant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, giving directions, and quickly resolving any issues that arise.
• Ensuring seamless traffic flow by efficiently managing vehicles entering and exiting the car park.
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment by enforcing parking regulations, monitoring surveillance systems, and promptly reporting any incidents.
• Keeping the car park in top condition through general cleaning and maintaining equipment like entry/exit machines, barriers, and cameras.
• Being a key part of our team, working both collaboratively and independently as needed.
• Stepping up in emergencies by assisting with first aid or guiding customers to safety.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with a proven track record of excellent customer service skills. You should be confident, self-motivated, and able to make quick decisions under pressure. We also require you to have:

• Experience with cash handling.
• Sound computer skills.
• An active manual driver's license.
• Eligible to work in Australia
• Full availability to work evenings and weekends.
• The ability to work autonomously.
