Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily carpark operations, including traffic flow, cleanliness, signage, lighting, and timely maintenance and repair works
  • Manage parking revenue streams (e.g., hourly and season parking, paid complimentary, deposit refunds, promotions), including reconciliation and reporting
  • Implement and maintain a regular inspection regime to ensure operational standards and safety compliance
  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and renewal of carpark systems (e.g., EPS, Parking Guidance System, top-up stations)
  • Prepare and submit monthly operational and financial reports
  • Review parking charges periodically and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Respond to customer feedback and service requests promptly and professionally
  • Review, improve, and implement carpark-related work processes to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Administer vendor contracts, including those for maintenance services and payment gateway providers
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual carpark operations budget

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing mid- to large-scale carparks or portfolios of carpark sites
  • Strong initiative, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with carpark systems, local regulations, and vendor management is an advantage
  • Certification as a Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) is preferred and will be an added asset
