About the role

As a Change Manager, you will make an impact by leading and supporting organizational change initiatives aligned with IT Service Management and platform transformation strategies. You will be a valued member of the CIS team, responsible for coordinating product updates, managing stakeholder communications, and driving adoption of change across global teams. Your expertise will help ensure successful transitions and continuous improvement in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate and support product updates and changes to platforms, particularly ServiceNow.
  • Lead business change and community champion programs to foster adoption and engagement.
  • Align with product support teams to share knowledge and mature support models.

  • Perform data analysis to build action plans aligned with IT Service Management strategy.

  • Collaborate with global teams across product, engineering, QA, and operations.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps.
  • Communicate and present business and technical information to diverse audiences.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in city, state. What you need to have to be considered

  • Proven experience in change management.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management practices (ITIL) and SDLC methodology.
  • Experience coordinating ServiceNow product support, implementation, or process ownership.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

These will help you stand out

  • ServiceNow Implementer or Application Specialist certification.
  • ITIL Foundations v4 or higher certification.
  • Agile & Scrum experience.
  • Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certification.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and data analytics.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
