As a Change Manager, you will make an impact by leading and supporting organizational change initiatives aligned with IT Service Management and platform transformation strategies. You will be a valued member of the CIS team, responsible for coordinating product updates, managing stakeholder communications, and driving adoption of change across global teams. Your expertise will help ensure successful transitions and continuous improvement in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
Align with product support teams to share knowledge and mature support models.
Perform data analysis to build action plans aligned with IT Service Management strategy.
Communicate and present business and technical information to diverse audiences.
