Change Manager | Investments Program

Location: Brisbane

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Change Manager to join our clients team and support a critical transformation program within the Investments portfolio. This role will be focused on the implementation of a new Portfolio Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the implementation of a new Portfolio Management System.

  • Assisting with change management activities for a key transformation program.

  • Working collaboratively with a Senior Change Manager to ensure project success.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in change management and a solid understanding of the investment management lifecycle.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 4–5 years of dedicated Change Management experience.

  • Background in investment management or financial services.

  • Understanding of the investment lifecycle, including:

    • Front Office: Portfolio Management, Trading, Order Management

    • Middle Office: Risk Management, Compliance, Performance Attribution

    • Back Office: Trade Settlements, Reconciliations, Fund Accounting, Reporting

  • Experience in supporting Portfolio Management System (PMS) implementations is highly advantageous.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Aladdin, SimCorp, Charles River, or similar is highly advantageous.

This is a 12 month initial contract, and will require travel to the office.
