Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting or strategy/business planning.
  • 6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Analytics, or Statistics, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience analyzing data and creating reports with database queries (e.g. SQL).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy/Business Planning, an Office of CXO (CEO, CFO, COO, or other Chief-level executive) role.
  • Experience in improving Customer Experience or Customer Satisfaction.
  • Experience with improving Operations or Customer Support functions.
  • Experience with working in a global multi-site environment.
  • Experience in leading and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically for the long term while effectively driving short-term execution and results.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP and the leadership team, provide insights, anticipate business needs, and enable transformation.
  • Develop plans and maintain strong relationships with the stakeholders through prioritizing, strategizing, problem solving, reporting and communicating. Define the executive communications strategy, ensuring consistent and impactful information sharing.
  • Develop and manage the organization's rhythm of business, including key meetings, reviews, summits/offsites and budget management.
  • Shape the organization priorities and drive leadership engagements (e.g., weekly staff meetings), ensure fast decision-making, delivery against the highest priorities across the business.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and business metrics.
