Our well-regarded, exceeding-rated, not-for-profit childcare center in Melbourne's inner west is seeking a dedicated Director to join our team. With a capacity for 70 children per day, we offer a warm and collaborative workplace where your contributions are highly valued.

The Role:

As the Director you will be instrumental in:

  • Building and nurturing positive relationships with children and families
  • Leading and mentoring a team of dedicated educators.
  • Overseaing the development and implementation of high-quality learning programs.
  • Ensuring an excellent knowledge and application of child safe standards and all relevant regulations are met.
  • Ensure the center is meeting all regulations and policies
  • Manage and mentor the teachers.
  • Managing the waitlist, center tours and liase with prosective families

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma of Children's Services or above.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring educators.
  • A strong dedication to providing high-quality learning experiences.
  • Exceptional understanding and application of child safe standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with families.
  • Have First aid training, 2 references, working with children check or VIT, police check.

Salary Package:

Negotiable based on experience, with a salary package ranging from $100,000 to $120,000.
