The client is part of an international organisation which operates in over 60 countries and is a leading provider of services within real estate and financial services.

About the Role

As a Claims Assessor, you'll manage a claims portfolio from start to finish, ensuring everything is handled in line with the procedures and regulatory requirements. Your work will involve:

  • End-to-end claims management
  • Interpreting policies accurately and efficiently
  • Liaising with external parties like loss adjusters and legal professionals
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing expectations and handling client escalations
  • Verifying policyholder information and claim eligibility by evaluating all available data

About You

  • Previous experience in claims assessing/claims management ideally within title insurance or property claims
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • The ability to demonstrate empathy and listen effectively.
  • A high level of professional integrity and attention to detail.
