Claims Consultant

Randstad has an exciting opportunity to join a well known brand as a Claims Consultant based in Mile End South. If you have an eye for detail and LOVE helping your customers, we want to hear from you!

• Exceptional communication skills and have a high level of detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role with claims experience or contact centre is ideal
• Ability to build rapport with different types of stakeholders
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment

Hours:

• Casual contract - view for extension
• Full time hours 37.5 per week
• Monday to Friday - no weekend work!
• 09:00am- 5.00pm
