About Us

At Drop Zero Digital, we partner with e‑commerce brands to engineer high‑impact email marketing programs. Our work has driven over $10 million in email revenue through thoughtful segmentation, human‑centered design, and conversion‑focused automations. We’re a fully remote, high‑ownership team that values clear communication, continuous improvement, and collaborative problem‑solving.

Requirements

  • Manage 5–7 client accounts from onboarding through quarterly strategy reviews
  • Serve as the client’s strategic partner: anticipate needs, address questions, and deliver proactive insights
  • Coordinate cross‑functional execution with copywriters, designers, and technical strategists
  • Audit and optimize Klaviyo campaigns: QA assets, analyze performance data, and recommend actionable improvements
  • Prepare concise performance reports that highlight opportunities and drive decision‑making

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 -2 year in client or project management (agency or e‑commerce background preferred)
  • Communication: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills
  • Initiative: Self‑starter who manages tasks independently and meets deadlines without constant oversight
  • Tech proficiency: Comfortable learning or using Klaviyo, Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace
  • Availability: Core overlap in CET business hours (10 am–2 pm or 3 pm–7 pm), with occasional flexibility for US morning calls

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Experience crafting email copy, creative briefs, or broader email marketing strategy
  • Ability to interpret data and present insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Prior remote‑work experience with strong self‑management skills

Benefits

  • Ownership & growth: Lead initiatives end‑to‑end and expand your responsibilities over time
  • Learning support: Annual professional development stipend to help you sharpen your skills
  • Flexible, remote‑first culture: Autonomy to structure your day and collaborate with a supportive team

We look forward to learning how you can contribute to our team!
