🐿️ The Role in a nutshell

As a Client Analyst, your core responsibility is to ensure the accurate validation and analysis of ongoing utility expenditure. This includes identifying any overcharges or errors on invoices and delivering insights that support cost efficiency and operational integrity.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service aligned with Sustainable Energy First’s quality policy and objectives. This includes demonstrating a strong understanding of the organisation’s quality standards, particularly those related to client validation, analysis, and process compliance.

➡️ To have a thorough understanding of the client's requirement and Sustainable Energy First's contractual obligations.

➡️ Provide a validation service in line with the Sustainable Energy First contract and Sustainable Energy First quality policy and objectives.

➡️ Analyse areas of potential over/under charges and record these queries on the in-house systems.

➡️ Progress queries by handing over to the Supplier Relationship Management Team.

➡️ Identify additional savings opportunities for the client.

➡️ Production of all relevant reports.

➡️ Take responsibility of ensuring that a full validation service is provided across all contracted supplies.

➡️ Liaison with the Data Team on missing data or potential site lists error.

➡️ Collaboration with all other departments of Sustainable Energy First to ensure a first-class delivery of a customer focused service.

📍Please note we are relocating from the Fylde coast to Fulwood (Preston) by the end of August.

💷 Salary: £28,200 per annum

🌴 Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays + 🥳 your birthday off, increasing to 30 days on length of service

🏠 Hybrid working - you must be able to commute to our Lytham office 2 days p/week
