About the Role
This role is central to the daily success of our firm. As the Client Experience & Operations Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient internal systems, supporting the delivery of exceptional client service, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
You will be the person others rely on to notice what needs attention and take action without waiting to be asked. Whether it involves coordinating logistics, identifying ways to improve a workflow, or making sure a client feels truly cared for, your work will directly impact the experience we create for families who turn to us for guidance and support.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action, solving problems, and keeping things on track. We are looking for someone who is naturally organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. You should have strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a willingness to step in wherever needed.
This is also a role with room to grow. While your initial responsibilities will focus on client service and operations, you will have opportunities to take on new challenges as the firm grows. For the right person, this role may evolve into a broader leadership position involving internal systems, project implementation, and team support.
