We are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Americas Technology team. This strategic role is focused on managing and nurturing high-value client relationships within the ISV (Independent Software Vendor) and Hi-Tech domains. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project management, program management, and delivery management, ensuring seamless service execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, proactively identifying opportunities, resolving challenges, and driving initiatives that align with both client goals and our organizational objectives.

In this role, you will:
Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Oversee project management activities to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with client expectations.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise to maintain project timelines.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and understanding.
Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on industry trends and company offerings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all client interactions.
Collaborate with program management teams to optimize resource allocation and project execution.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
Analyze client feedback and implement changes to improve service delivery and client experience.
Support delivery management processes to ensure efficient and effective project outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISV and Hi-Tech industry developments to provide informed advice to clients.
What you need to have to be considered
Possess strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Demonstrate expertise in program management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exhibit proficiency in delivery management with a focus on optimizing processes and outcomes.
Have extensive experience in the ISV and Hi-Tech domains, understanding industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
Display strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates with advanced certifications.

The annual base salary for this position is between $140,000 - $165,000. The specific salary is dependent on experience and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
