About the Role
At Groover Law, we’re seeking a warm, organized, and reliable professional to serve as the first point of contact for our estate planning, probate, and fiduciary clients. As Client Services and Office Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in welcoming clients, coordinating consultations, managing intake, and supporting the firm’s outreach efforts. You’ll help ensure every interaction with our firm is professional, compassionate, and seamless.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first voice and face of the firm—greeting clients and answering inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Schedule consultations, assist with onboarding, and manage client records
- Support attorneys with basic administrative tasks and final documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
- Manage mail, deliveries, and ensure timely distribution
- Monitor and restock office supplies to maintain a well-organized workspace
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional communicator with strong organizational skills
- 3 – 5 years of customer service experience in a professional setting, legal preferred
- Tech-savvy with experience - Clio Grow or similar CRM tools, preferred
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Able to handle confidential information with care
- Local and available to work in-office Monday–Friday9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 (depending on experience)
