We are seeking a highly motivated Client Service Representative to join our Image Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to support a network of top-tier real estate agents and photographers.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from B&W agents & photographers for assistance on orders, appointment questions/requests, marketing add-ons, post-photoshoot inquiries
  • Chronologically attend to email tickets in a timely fashion to maximize support and develop rapport with agents & photographers
  • Familiarize yourself with breadth of services offered and speak to their realistic value
  • Provide home preparation guidelines, communicate expectations with regard to turnaround time
  • Understand internal platform & business flows
  • Coach agents on platform use
  • Flexibility to work floating Saturdays, as well as possible flex workday schedule
  • Ability to work remote productively and come to the office, when needed

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years past Customer Service experience
  • Real estate, or real estate media-related experience is a plus. We will train the right individual
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently
  • Some photo editing experience

Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range

$43,000 - $47,000
