- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content tailored for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. Support in drafting and pitching stories, press releases, and media notes to secure earned media coverage for clients.
- Creative Development: Design visually appealing graphics, images, and videos using tools like Canva to enhance content presentation.
- Media Relations: Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with relevant journalists, publications, and media outlets.
- Social Media Management: Create campaigns (develop plans, make captions and design creatives), monitor, and engage regularly. Follow algorithm updates, analyse data and build a content strategy for strong social media visibility.
- Influencer Collaboration: Coordinate with influencers and brand partners to execute impactful marketing campaigns and brand collaborations.
- Research & Insights: Conduct industry, competitor, and audience research to support content development and ensure client strategies are data-informed and relevant.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse social media performance metrics. Prepare regular reports on key KPIs and offer insights and improvement strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the content relevant and effective.
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals, preferences, and audience expectations.
Requirements
- Experience of minimum 2-3 years in digital marketing, content writing, social media management and PR.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Mass Media, Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional and diverse writing and design skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with time management and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with any graphic design tool (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
