Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Client Success Manager to join our

team. This role is critical in managing client relationships, ensuring campaign

success, and supporting growth through excellent service and strategic

thinking. You’ll work closely with media agencies, internal ops teams, and

external partners to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

• Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, from briefing through

execution and reporting

• Develop strong relationships with agency and direct brand teams and

key decision-makers

• Monitor campaign performance and proactively flag optimisation

opportunities

• Collaborate with internal teams (AdOps, design, tech) to deliver high-

quality work

• Lead client meetings, post-campaign reviews, and status updates

• Assist in upselling and identifying new opportunities within existing

accounts

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback

• Proactively manage timelines and follow ups to ensure briefs, creatives,

and approvals are received on time for campaign launches

• Work with the billing and operations team to ensure smooth invoicing

and post-campaign documentation• Assist in training or onboarding junior team members or interns when

needed

• Support in compiling case studies and performance reports to

showcase campaign success

• Keep up with digital advertising trends and competitor activity, sharing

insights that can inform client strategy

• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and

agency check-ins as needed

• Contribute to internal brainstorms or product feedback sessions to

improve our offerings

• Assist in crafting campaign proposals, including pulling relevant insights,

aligning with media briefs, and ensuring a clear value proposition

• Collaborate with internal teams (AdOps, design, product, CS) to

develop pitch decks, rate cards, and tailored campaign solutions

• Support the business development process by preparing supporting

documents for proactive or reactive pitches to agencies and direct

clients

• Contribute strategic thinking during proposal development to align our

media formats and platforms with client KPIs

Requirements

Ideal Candidate

• 3–4 years’ experience in a client-facing digital media or advertising role

• Familiarity with programmatic, digital display, or performance

marketing is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Can work independently and manage multiple projects at once

• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and solution-oriented

thinking

• Good understanding of how media agencies operate

• Energetic, organised, and client-obsessed
