Requirements

What You’ll Do

•    Lead Strategy Calls

Facilitate video calls with potential clients to understand their needs, goals, and remote readiness.

•    Vetting for Fit

Assess potential clients for culture fit, role clarity, and operational stability before proceeding with placement. If they’re not a fit, you’ll confidently and respectfully say no.

•    Interview Facilitation

Co-moderate interviews between clients and VA candidates, ensuring both sides are aligned for a strong match.

•    End-to-End Client Journey

Manage the client experience from onboarding to active engagement, ensuring high satisfaction and alignment.

•    Ongoing Client Check-Ins

Build long-term relationships through proactive check-ins, feedback loops, and support.

•    Escalation Management

Lead fact-finding and resolution efforts with clients and VAs when concerns arise — always seeking a win-win-win outcome.

•    Retention & Churn Mitigation

Implement custom retention plans or special offers to prevent client churn and strengthen long-term partnerships.

•    CRM Management

Maintain clean and accurate records in HubSpot CRM to ensure visibility across teams and data-driven decisions.

•    Cross-Team Collaboration

Coordinate with Operations, HR, Sourcing, and other departments to address client needs promptly and thoughtfully.Good to have:

 •    Sales Experience a Plus (Not Required): Familiarity with consultative or relationship-based sales is an advantage but not necessary to excel in this role.
