About The Role
We're hiring a Client Support Manager to deliver excellence within our ticketing pillar. This role will join our dynamic Ticketek team as a Client Support Manager in Christchurch where you’ll play a key role in delivering world-class ticketing services for major sporting and entertainment events.
In this client-facing role, you’ll manage relationships with prestigious venues and stadiums, ensuring seamless event delivery and exceptional service. You’ll act as the central link between clients, internal teams (marketing, tech, finance), and external stakeholders—overseeing account continuity, operational coordination, and contractual compliance. You will be working from a sunny, central office location with a carparking.
