Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall clinic performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Lead and motivate a growing team of orthodontists, dental assistants, and sales staff.
- Communicate company vision and foster a high-performing, aligned team culture.
- Monitor and report on sales goals and conversion rates on a daily and weekly basis.
- Manage clinic budget and objectives; analyze results and implement improvement plans.
- Build strong connections with patients to inspire confidence and satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and accurate tracking procedures.
- Handle escalated patient issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Organize and coordinate clinical staff scheduling and staffing needs.
- Participate in recruitment, training, performance feedback, and when necessary, contract terminations.
- Guarantee compliance with legal and hygiene standards.
- Support marketing initiatives including hosting influencers, photo shoots, and potential appearances in social media videos.
- Maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) through excellent customer experience and clinic presentation.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in the dental or healthcare sector is a strong plus.
Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic mindset.
Strong goal orientation and independence in daily work.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Fluent in German and English (required)
