Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead our team in Cowra NSW. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of up to $130,000 plus superannuation and additional benefits associated with a Not-For-Profit organization. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the clinical care services and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of healthcare professionals.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
• Foster a positive and collaborative environment among staff, residents, and families.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in aged care and clinical leadership.
• Strong understanding of aged care regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Must have valid work rights in Australia.
