Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms and software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using digital communication tools and project management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications are a plus.
