Parallel Employment is seeking a skilled CNC Operator for a client located in Whitewater, WI. . As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality components according to specific engineering drawings and production schedules. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring they are functioning smoothly.
  • Read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications to determine machining operations.
  • Conduct quality control checks on finished products using measuring tools.
  • Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to achieve desired specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to prevent breakdowns.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Document production output and report any discrepancies to management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • 1-3 years of experience operating CNC machines;
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications;
  • Familiarity with various CNC programming languages;
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in work;
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
